Music Feed #35: "With Light and With Love" by Woods

Woods–the folk rock group from Brooklyn has always been consistent at making albums while taking short breaks in between each. Active since 2005, the band is lead by Jeremy Earl who is the also behind the record label Woodsist, that produces all of the band's material. Having travelled long distances, the band has undergone several transformations over their journey. The same can be applied to their latest release.

Music Feed #30: "AMERIPPINDUNKLER" EP by Cari Cari

Impressive–the word itself probably isn't even enough to describe the quality of material these two have dished out. Hailing from Vienna, Austria, Cari Cari consists of Stephanie Widmer and Alexander Köck, who both take on the role as vocalists on top of playing a handful of other instruments. They may just be starting out, however I'm sure that you would agree with me that they would travel quite far after giving their debut EP a listen.

Music Feed #28: "Awake" by Tycho

Electro ambient splattered with post-rock structure–if any of these genres appeal to you then you'd definitely not want to miss this out! This latest sunny ambient production is San Francisco's Scott Hansen's (or Tycho's) fourth studio album to date. Up till now, Tycho's music has always been mild and uplifting, nothing too strenuous which would be a difficult task to digest. In spite of the abundance of material in his discography, Awake doesn't appear to deviate too far from his roots.

Music Feed #25: "Sienna" by The Night VI

If you've read through our music recap post for the AW14 London Collection, then you would've stumbled across The Night VI. They were one of the artists featured in the Burberry Acoustic. Despite not making a post on their awesome debut EP Still Thinking of You, they're definitely in my list of bands whom I have been anticipating for their upcoming releases. Their latest single, Sienna as usual doesn't fail to amaze and it just further enhances the fact that the band simply excels in putting forth stunning tracks.

Maybe it's time for you to spend a couple of minutes to appreciate the sense of being temporarily 'free' from your troubles. To put it simply, this track by Before the Brave feels like a lively celebration, leaving you feeling relieved after a listen.

Music Feed #21: "False Widow" by White Royal

Ethereal vocals layered with tight instrumental production. Sounds familiar doesn't it? It could pass off as a track from The XX. But no, these three-minutes of ambient serenity has its own slice of creativity put into it.
